Before making any changes to your directory listing, please take a moment to download and review the directory instructions, particularly in regard to text limits by membership level. Then, using the new database, SCWCC logins and passwords can be retrieved by following the instructions below.

FIRST TIME ACCESS (New Members) |

- Go to the published member directory
(far upper left link at SCWCC.com)
- Locate your listing
- By default, your LOGIN is the full, LITERAL listing name (using all spaces and commas as they appear)
- Copy that login/title info from the listing, or print out your directory page for later reference

- Go to the administrative portal
- Click on “forgot your password?”
- Enter your email of record (it must match the email associated with the account)
- Your password will be sent to that email address, via automated reply

- When you receive your email, return to the admin portal
- Enter your LOGIN name (from the directory)
- Enter your PASSWORD (from the email)
- Access your record to make changes* (according to your member limits)

*There are comprehensive tutorials and instruction on the database/admin site, to help you make full use of the directory tools, and you'll be able to change your randomly-generated password at that time, if you wish. |

Please remember that (for now) - when you want to purchase something from the SCWCC.com website, the previous instructions do NOT apply.
The login/password access you have – as a CUSTOMER (all online transactions, RSVPs/payments for events) remains separate. When you’re just trying to pay for something on SCWCC.com, your OLD login/pw set (if you have one) remains in force. However, the system permits anyone - member or non- to register for events online.
