Appointed to serve as the SCWCC's first formal Executive Director in 2008, Linda Mojer brought over 25 years of experience in the management, promotion and marketing of membership organizations.
As a career administrator and communications professional for several area non-profits, her experience in the specialized demands of membership organizations emphasizes web communications, media and public relations, and was well-matched to the needs of the SCWCC.
Her work has resulted in exponential growth, increased community presence and heightened awareness for the Women's Chamber, while she continues to operate her own editorial and web consulting business. Photo: Ayla's Photography.

|Board Development Committee ... to properly identify and screen potential Board members; be responsible for orientation and education of new Board members; and develop Board members skill and understanding of Board governance systems on an ongoing basis.|
|CEO/ED Evaluation and Compensation Committee ... to evaluate executive performance and make recommendations to the Board regarding compensation.|
|Community Engagement Committee ... to provide comprehensive information delivery, understanding and interpretation of the business and civic issues that impact SCWCC ownership (women in business and members), including, but not limited to: healthcare, equal pay, public benefits, business regulations/taxation, state and local budget initiatives and issues.|
