MANAGER TO SPEAK ON TUESDAY, JULY 21 Be on hand for July's
luncheon, where
City
Manager Penny Culbreth Graft will present “The Lies, The Which
Way, and My Wardrobe: Distortion, Decision, and Dressing the Part for
Career Success.”
Penny has worked in the public sector her entire career, serving as City
Manager and Assistant City Manager in a number of cities in California
and Arizona, ranging in population of 12,000 to 1.2 million. Penny
worked as a Tribal Government Manager for an Indian Reservation and has
taught public administration for three universities. She has a doctorate
in public administration from the University of LaVerne, MPA from the
California State University Consortium, a BS in Social Science, and a BA
in Political Science from California Polytechnic University, Pomona. [

a five-candidate slate (introduced in June) that includes: Kelly
Braaten, Terri Hayes, Deborah Hoskins, Meredith Masse and Beth Roalstad.
